Every chef on our team is ServSafe Manager and allergy-certified, ensuring that food safety, ingredient integrity, and guest well-being remain top priorities. Our mission is to craft meals that not only satisfy but also inspire—reflecting a deep respect for the culinary arts and the people we serve.
About the Chef
With 13 years of comprehensive experience in the restaurant industry, I have held leadership roles including Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager. Over four years as an Executive Chef, I exercised full creative control over menu development, kitchen operations, and culinary direction. In my six years as a Restaurant Manager, I oversaw daily operations, staff development, and guest satisfaction. Having progressed through every position in the restaurant hierarchy, I bring a deep, hands-on understanding of all front-of-house and back-of-house functions, enabling me to lead teams effectively and optimize overall restaurant performance. I met his wife, Rhea during the experience and we moved to Colorado Springs, got married, and started our family. We happily welcomed our first child in September 2025. I was first interested in creating a catering business because of my love for sharing meals with people. I enjoy cooking for large gatherings from scratch, and to bring a higher quality of catering experience that makes events more memorable.
